Afro-Latin White Party

Please join us on Friday, December 1st at The Industry Social House (782 Macdonnell St, beside The Bulk Zone) for our Afro-Latin White Party in support of Camp Quality. The Industry has a huge event space to give you plenty of room to dance the night away to a pumping playlist put together by our in-house DJ Eddie Martinez which features salsa, bachata, merengue, kizomba and afrobeats music. Attached to the event space is a gorgeous bar with a full menu if you get hungry or want to grab a bite before the dance. Social dancing will start around 10 pm after a beginner dance lesson at 9 pm. Advance ticket holders will be entered into a raffle to win one of three 3-Class Dance Passes ($45 value) that can be used for classes at the Dame Más Dance studio.

Camp Quality Northwestern Ontario is a non-profit, primarily volunteer run organization that serves children with cancer or blood disorders with a week long summer camp and year round programming and support. Their programming is for children ages 7-17 who have been affected by cancer or a blood disorder, which is inclusive of patients, siblings and bereaved siblings. Their week long summer camp program is typically offered the first or second week of July held at Wilderness Discovery Centre. They strive to bring the campers to a safe, inclusive and fun place to give them the opportunity to just be a kid! Throughout the year, they offer year round programming and support from one day programs or family overnight programming. Being able to support their campers and families throughout the year helps everyone to stay connected and network with families that are going through similar experiences. Through donations, they are able to offer these programs at no cost to participants.
